Delete your Birža account
Request permanent deletion of your account and associated data. You do not need to sign in or reinstall the app.
Request account deletion
- Email info@birza.app from the email address registered with your account.
- Use the subject Birža account deletion and request deletion of your account and associated data.
- We verify ownership before deleting the account and confirm completion by email. If you cannot access your registered email, contact us about another verification method.
Never send login codes, passwords or identity documents with the initial request. You may also use Profile → Privacy and safety → Delete account in the app. Uninstalling the app does not delete your account.
Data deleted
- Your authentication account, email address, personal profile and contact defaults.
- Your owned listings, uploaded listing photos and associated listing records.
- Your saved searches, favourites, blocks and account-linked notifications.
- Your support requests, conversation messages and uploaded screenshots.
- Your account-associated listing activity and business memberships. Sole-owner business profiles are removed.
What may remain
- Aggregate listing statistics without your account-linked activity records.
- Shared business profiles with other members and their listings. Contact us if a surviving profile still includes your personal information.
- Copies other people independently saved or shared. Birža cannot recall their copies.
Processing and retention
Deletion removes data from the live service after ownership verification. We confirm completion or explain delays. Current Supabase settings were checked on 14 October 2026: the Free plan has no scheduled database backups or point-in-time recovery enabled, and no log drains are configured. Supabase publishes one-day retention for API/database logs on this plan. Account deletion does not erase those logs; provider retention rules apply. These settings do not establish the lifetime of every internal copy held by a provider.
We keep no manual/off-site database backups. Resend email and delivery logs normally remain for 30 days under its standard-plan retention policy, even after the Birža account is deleted. OpenAI’s published moderation-endpoint table lists no content retention for abuse monitoring or application state; other provider operational or legally required records follow their applicable policies. Authentication audit and other independent provider records are not covered by Supabase’s one-day API/database log period. See our privacy policy for provider details. We coordinate applicable deletion requests with providers. Verified account-deletion requests are normally completed within one month; any legally permitted extension or specific retention exception will be explained.
Deletion is permanent. Obligations under your transactions with other users remain.
