Birža is operated by Lukas Plachtinas, Lithuania.
For help with your account, listings, moderation decisions or privacy requests, email info@birza.app. You do not need an account to contact us.
What to include
- A description of the issue and any relevant listing link or identifier.
- Your account email if the issue concerns your account.
- Useful screenshots with unrelated personal information removed.
Never send a password, sign-in code, payment-card details or identity documents with your initial message. We may verify account ownership before making changes.
If signed in to the app, you can also use Profile → Contact support and view replies in My support requests.
Account deletion
See request account deletion for steps and details about data removed or retained. Removing the app does not delete your account.
